• Appointment as lead lawyers to Tomorrow’s Manukau Properties
  Limited, the Manukau City Council CCTO responsible for undertaking the development of the Flat Bush Town Centre in South Auckland.
• Acting in the establishment of several new wholesale investment funds.
• Providing advice in support of the registration of an investment fund domiciled in Ireland.
• Acting on the sale of the BBQ Factory chain of retail stores.
• Acting for AMP Capital Investors on its joint venture investments and divestments in the retirement village sector.
• Acting for Ports of Auckland on all aspects of Ports of Auckland’s rail carriage arrangements relating to the development of POAL’s inland port at Wiri.
• Acting for Pike River Coal Limited in relation to a complex multimodal transport services agreement for the movement of coal out of a major South Island mine.
• Acting for Vodafone on its investment in Woosh.
• Acting for a leading bidding consortium on the outsourcing tender of ONTRACK’s national rail maintenance agreement.
• Acting for Fonterra in the establishment of Fonterra’s Global Customer Service Centre.
• Acting for Ports of Auckland on POAL’s marina developments.
• Acting on the development and subsequent purchase of the
  Bayswater Marina.
• Acting for United Networks in relation to a sale of its entire business to three different regional purchasers.
• Acting for the owner in the reconstruction of the LandCo group of
  companies at the time of investment by Todd Capital.
• Advising Media NZ Limited on the acquisition of Adis International.
• Advising Red Rooster NZ Limited on the negotiation of its master New Zealand franchise agreement.
• Acting as part of the legal team for the receivers of the Central North Island Forest Partnership on the restructure of business arrangements preparatory to the eventual sale.
• Acting for a leading mining company in relation to a negotiated
  greenhouse agreement with the Climate Change Office.
• Acting for Southern Cross on the establishment of the Activa business.
• Establishing two significant points based timeshare schemes for
  separate multinational operators in New Zealand.
• Advising on the structuring of the Hilton Resort in Fiji including
  securities law compliance.
• Acting on the structuring and establishment of the exclusive Chedi
  Resort development at Nananu Island, Fiji.
• Acting for a leading multimedia organisation on its proposed smartcard based marketing initiative and multimedia projects.
• Acting for the developers of the Bendemeer Farm Park in Queenstown and of Tui Farm Park in Canterbury.
